By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery times

All UK orders will be delivered to you within 10 working days from the moment you submit your order Please allow extra time for worldwide shipping. We will not be responsible for delivery times that are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure. Any external delays that we are aware of will be communicated to customers via the website.

Cancellations

As all Swimwear is made to order, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. We cut all fabric for orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have selected an incorrect size or style when ordering and want to change your order, please email us with your amendments and your order number within 2 hours of your original purchase. Amendments sent after 2 hours will not be accepted.

Returns

We cannot offer refunds as all items are handmade to order. Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges on our items so please bear this in mind before placing an order with us.
